What is Mindful Movement?

Mindful Movement incorporates yoga, Pilates and qigong to promote optimum wellbeing. The Mindful Movement Program typically consists of a weekly rotation through all three practices, for example: yoga in week 1, Pilates in week 2, and qigong in week 3. You have the freedom to choose from all three practices, or just one or two. Talk to Paul to discuss what is best for your workplace.
