What is TeamFit?

Team Fit is a fun, active and convenient way to connect with your colleagues during your workday. The TeamFit program involves functional movement, bodyweight training, circuit and high intensity interval training (hiit), boxing and a walking group. The TeamFit program is normally run on a rotating basis, for example: week 1 boxing, week 2 circuit, week 3 bodyweight training, week 4 walking group.
